& Workshops 2017 - 2018
Introduction to Homework: This class provides the student with an understanding of the basics of our approach to the work. Learn how to focus the use of your imagination so that you can play pretend at the highest level. Awaken the muscles necessary to create a second reality: Child-like mentality, Vulnerability, Focus and Imagination. Begin to dismantle the ego concerns which interfere with your natural ability.
Scene Study I taught by Kim Jackson Wheeler and Carol Hickey: Application of the principles learned in intro class using scripted material. The student will be challenged to a greater level of accessibility and will develop the muscles necessary to consistently produce at a professional level.
Scene Study II taught by Carol Hickey: For the serious student only. This class focuses on the disciplined practice of training the imagination to create a second reality using the script as a road map. Mastering this technique the student becomes self-reliant and can create a truly realistic performance that has profound resonance and dimension. This class will guide the student to a professional level that results in booking work
